Ben - I liked it. I dont usually like obviously american vocalists but I can get past this one cos the songs are good and she varies the upbeat and slower tracks. She also tries out different instruments and sounds across the songs which help to keep it interesting. That said I probably won’t listen to it as an album again as there is so much new music and I only have a handful (20-30?) of albums which I keep coming back to. Hot and Heavy and Brando are my fave tracks but maybe because i’ve heard them quite a bit on the radio
Stu - Lucy is wonderful. I own both of her beautiful LPs!! 8/10 v ⭐
Paul - A bit of a struggle for me. The first half was too nice and unexciting but I'm pleased I stuck with it as the best tracks came later on. Thumbs is the stand-out for me.
