Ben - I have become familiar with [these] over the last few months through singles The Doll and Tryna Tryna What do u guys think?
Stu - I listened to this twice last night having only played it once before! The Doll is really rather good BUT after that I struggled mentally to tune in on any of the other tracks! I like the crazy lyrics, I like her voice and this combination would typically appeal to me. It’s an LP that I’m happy to listen to but as yet it’s not worthy of a purchase and addition to my collection! 7/10
Paul - Wasn’t keen on Tryna Tryna, I felt the voice clashed with the music but The Doll worked much better and the same with Friends in the Bubble Bath. On the whole, thumbs up from me. Not perfect but I would listen to more from them. Interested to see how they develop from here.
